27th Sunday in Ordinary Time
The Holy Guardian Angels
Gospel – Luke 17:5-10
“Be uprooted and planted in the sea,”. These words are so radical. To be uprooted from where I am, from where I feel at home, from where I am happy, from where I think that I am giving fruits, and to be planted in the sea where I fear I will be drowned, I fear I cannot put my roots, I fear I cannot give fruits. This move is radical. This move needs the faith, a radical faith. Faith which helps you to do accept this challenge, faith which gives you the strength to be uprooted, faith which gives you the confidence to be planted in the sea. This faith comes when you find yourself part of Him who called you. This faith comes when you find yourself servant of whom you are part of. You don’t have an identity. You belong to Him. You abandon yourself in Him. This faith is that which gives you the strength to be uprooted from where you are and to planted wherever.

Gospel – Luke 10:17-24
“for hiding these things from the learned and the clever and revealing them to mere children”. Why is the joy of heaven hidden to the learned and revealed to the children? The joy of heaven is revealed to those who can welcome the sweetness of the present without any calculations. Children can welcome the present moment and all the joy of the present moment without making any calculations of personal gains. This welcoming of the grace of every moment in our life is every important. This welcoming of the grace of each moment is only possible if you can abandon yourself into the hand of God who loves you. This abandon is realized in prayer. This abandon becomes a program of life in contemplation. This abandon becomes a decision in life every moment in recognizing that Happy the eyes that see what I see in Eucharist, for I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what I see in Eucharist, and never saw it; to hear what you hear in the Word of God, and never heard it

Sewing courses in the Philippines In our home in Manila, the sisters organize sewing courses for women from the poor neighborhoods of the city. The courses last two weeks and are attended by about 8-9 women. The initiative is supported by the Polish Embassy in the Philippines. The first of the planned three courses has just finished. 8 women received certificates of completion of the course, and thus the skill, thanks to which they will be able to start work.

Rewrite the concept of abundance to be happy always. Because it’s our concept of abundance that makes us down sometimes. Abundance is to recognize everything and everyone in our life rather than what is missing and who is missing. Abundance is to see the richness of everything and everyone in our life rather than comparing with others. Abundance is to perceive all the possibilities and opportunities around us rather than closing eyes to the existing potentialities.

Friday of week 26 in Ordinary Time

Gospel – Luke 10:13-16
“if the miracles done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago”. Why is Jesus Christ putting an “if”? Because he respects our freedom and our heart. Our opening of heart is the key to all. If our heart fails to see the action of Spirit in us, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to respond to a good inspiration, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to accomplish today what the Word of God suggests, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to see what the Holy Mass commands to do, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to see the model of our Saints, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to listen to what the Mother Church says, there is no way we will have conversion. If our heart fails to see the good others do to us and we fail to have gratitude, there is no way we will have conversion. The gospel passage asks: is our heart open to conversion?
