Prayer is the basis of our relationship with God and our activities among others. We practice all sorts of prayers recommended by the Church, but special to our Congregation are those left to us by our founder, servant of God Johannes Schneider.
Prayer to Our Lady
O, Mary, Virgin, with the utmost respect and humility I hurry and fall in the shadow of your feet and greet you, as Daughter of God the Father, as the Virgin Mother of the Son of God, as the most honest Bride of the Holy Spirit.
Today I offer you my soul and my body, my whole conduct, my afflictions, fears and shortcomings, and the end of my life.
O, lovely Mother, embrace me to your heart and do not reject the unworthy sighs of my heart, to reject all wicked desires, that today, I may strengthen myself unhindered in faith, hope and love, and receive from you all that I desire. Give graciously what I ask if it will be for greater glory of you and your beloved Son.
O Mother, please listen to my pleading requests, and having listened to me by your immeasurable consolation that I may be worthy of Your grace and may one day worship and praise you with all the Saints forever and ever. Amen.
Fly to the Blessed Virgin Mary
O The most sweet Heart of the Lord Jesus, take mercy on my poor heart, this is what I ask you to do through the Immaculate Heart of your Mother, who is our Mother and whom you cannot refuse anything. Amen.
