In Pyskowice, at our monastery, the first formation meeting was held as part of a planned series of conferences addressed to women.
The September Saturday showed that it is worth meeting and that time is needed to be able to participate ‘together’ in Holy Mass and to listen to a conference on the subject of good rest.
It is worthwhile in this busy world to stop and meet over a good coffee, cake and in good company. So we bravely set about planning the next meeting, which took place last Saturday.
So we are happy .This is the second meeting!
First the Eucharist, a good homily and prayer for each other. On Saturday afternoon, in our parish church of St. Nicholas in Pyskowice, Father Jan Podstawka, the parish priest, celebrated Mass for the intention of the meeting’s participants.
After the Eucharist, over good coffee and sweet refreshments, the topic of the Most Sweet, Sister Dulcissima Hoffmann, the servant of God, was discussed by Sister Małgorzata Cur from Racibórz Brzezie.
Sister Agnieszka Szyma and Sister Malgorzata Cur complemented each other by talking about the great interest in the figure of Sister Dulcissima among people from various parts of Poland and abroad.
The Sisters of Brzezie recounted the testimonies of people who pray invoking Sister Dulcissima and who have experienced concrete help from God.
Our meetings for women are needed. This is what we see and feel.
We are already planning the next one, this time in January.
Best wishes from Pyskowice.

You hear He says it: Become fire to Fire! Become fire in me, live only with love.
On October 30, 2022, in the chapel of our Motherhouse in Wrocław, I was able to respond to the voice of Jesus that I heard, who cried out to be a witness of His love in the world. After a two-year period of novitiate, I made my first vows of chastity, poverty and obedience infront of Provincial Sister Magdalena Zabłotna, which give me not so much a duty as a right to build a closer relationship with God, not so much to imitate as to remain with Jesus, but thus continuing to become more and more like Him. The vows I took – the evangelical counsels – made me His property to love everyone in Him; to make faith my wealth; to seek only God’s will, not mine.
A joyful day, a solemn day, because apart from the religious family, my relatives, family and friends were witnesses of the event. The solemn Holy Mass was presided over by Fr. Wiktor Trojnar and the homily was delivered by Fr. Kamil Cieliński, assuring that it will not be easy, but it will be beautiful;) The joy of the act of profession was extended by sharing a common table in the refectory, during a gala dinner and the joy of mutual presence.
With my prayer, I embrace all those who have supported and support me on the path of consecrated life which is only just beginning. The end of the novitiate is not the finish but the start,
step by step to be led by God to be the sister He wants me to be.

Now she and Sister Aloysia are organizing meetings for women at the sisters’ convent. The group’s meetings will be held on Thursdays, and on other days of the week the sisters will visit the women in their homes. At the meetings, the women will learn how to sew and cook, and with these chores they will be able to talk about their problems and daily life. The first meeting has already taken place and the participants enjoyed it very much. They promised to bring their girlfriends to the next meeting.
