Gospel – Luke 10:17-24
“for hiding these things from the learned and the clever and revealing them to mere children”. Why is the joy of heaven hidden to the learned and revealed to the children? The joy of heaven is revealed to those who can welcome the sweetness of the present without any calculations. Children can welcome the present moment and all the joy of the present moment without making any calculations of personal gains. This welcoming of the grace of every moment in our life is every important. This welcoming of the grace of each moment is only possible if you can abandon yourself into the hand of God who loves you. This abandon is realized in prayer. This abandon becomes a program of life in contemplation. This abandon becomes a decision in life every moment in recognizing that Happy the eyes that see what I see in Eucharist, for I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what I see in Eucharist, and never saw it; to hear what you hear in the Word of God, and never heard it
